A few years ago, we conducted an experimental study of dripping carburizing on a properly retrofitted 75 kW pit gas carburizing furnace. In the process of experiment, continuous measurement of furnace gas was made by HQG-71 infrared CO_2 analyzer of Shanghai No.2 Analytical Instrument Factory. The full analysis of furnace gas was carried out by Shanghai Analytical Instrument Factory’s 102-G gas chromatograph, System shown in Figure 1.
