五吨冲天炉湿法除尘及水处理试验鉴定会,于今年四月十四日至十八日在北京召开。会议由一机部设计总院主持,有47个单位87名代表参加。该试验系由一机部一院和北京轧辊厂协作,从一九七四年起在轧辊厂钢锭模车间五吨冲天炉上进行的。与会代表到现场观看了设备运行情况,检查了使用效果,并进行了讨论。会议肯定了这种除尘方法,鉴定通过了相应的设备。会议认为,这种湿法除尘及水处理设备利用原有的冲天炉火花捕集器喷水除尘、除气、结构简单,制造方便,经过除尘处理后的排气含尘量基本上达到或者接近国家规定的排放标准,可以推广使用。在使用过程中,还
