2008·中国·鞍山·第五届“大德之声”新年音乐会于2007年12月28日晚隆重举行,一曲由辽宁大德实业集团有限公司董事长、总裁平安俊作曲,辽宁大德实业集团有限公司文化顾问韩景连作词的幕前童声台唱《新年祝福》拉开了音乐会的序幕。世界著名交响乐团——西班牙奥斯塔瑞亚斯皇室交响乐团首次来华来鞍演出,为鞍山人民献上一场融汇中西音乐文化精髓的高雅艺术盛宴,中国著名作曲家(国家一级作曲)平安俊总裁还亲自指挥了他创作的交响组曲《新年组曲》的第四乐章《新年进行曲》,深刻地诠释了乐曲的独特魅力与内涵。
