目的:研究低聚原花青素(OPC)对脑缺血的保护作用。方法:采用尼龙线栓塞大鼠脑中动脉制备大鼠永久性局部脑缺血模型,于缺血后2h,4h及24h进行神经功能学评分,24h评分后断头取脑,测量脑梗死面积及脑含水量。结果:模型组大鼠较假手术组大鼠出现明显的缺血性神经损伤症状。与模型组相比,OPC可显著降低大鼠神经功能学评分;与模型组相比;OPC189和378mg/kg均能显著减小大鼠脑梗死面积。与模型组相比,OPC189和378mg/kg均能显著降低大鼠脑含水量。结论:OPC对大鼠脑缺血损伤具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of low poly proanthocyanidins (OPC) on cerebral ischemia. METHODS: A rat model of permanent focal cerebral ischemia was established by embolizing the middle cerebral artery of the rat using nylon thread. The neurological function was scored at 2h, 4h and 24h after ischemia. The brain was taken after the 24h score, and the cerebral infarction area was measured. Brain water content. RESULTS: Compared with the sham-operated rats, the rats in the model group showed obvious symptoms of ischemic nerve injury. Compared with the model group, OPC can significantly reduce neurological scores in rats; compared with the model group, OPC189 and 378mg/kg can significantly reduce the cerebral infarction area in rats. Compared with the model group, OPC189 and 378mg/kg can significantly reduce the rat brain water content. Conclusion: OPC has a protective effect on cerebral ischemic injury in rats.
