由于西藏地处青藏高原，独特的地理环境和气候特点，对生活在这一区域的人群产生了许多不利影响，存在着许多不同于低海拔地区的特点。本文从老年保健医疗这一领域，探讨了西藏老年保健工作的现状。初步阐述了高原环境对老年人机体的影响；藏民族独特的生活习俗对老年人身体健康的影响及西藏高原影响老年人健康的主要疾病。分析了西藏者年保健工作目前所存在的问题，并对下步更好地开展西藏的老年保健工作，提出了作者的建议。
Because Tibet is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, its unique geographical and climatic characteristics have had many unfavorable impacts on the people living in this region. There are many characteristics that are different from those at low altitudes. This article explores the current situation of geriatric health care in Tibet in the area of geriatric health care. The effects of plateau environment on the body of the elderly were preliminarily discussed. The influence of the unique ethnic customs of Tibetan people on the health of the elderly and the main diseases affecting the health of the elderly in the Tibetan plateau were described. This paper analyzes the current existing problems of Tibetans in their annual health care work and puts forward the author’s suggestions on the next step to better carry out the elderly health care work in Tibet.
