[目的]研究不同来源污泥对玉米秸秆厌氧发酵产气效率的影响。[方法]以玉米秸秆为原料,在接种量相同的条件下,研究了4种不同来源污泥对玉米秸秆厌氧发酵日产气量和累积产气量的影响。[结果]4种不同来源污泥的累积产气量依次为颗粒状污泥>河底污泥>浓缩污泥>压滤泥饼。采用颗粒状污泥为接种物的日均产气量和累积产气量最高,分别为3.73和56.29L/kgVS。[结论]该研究结果为充分利用秸秆原料,提高能源利用效率,实现能源可持续发展提供了试验基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of sludge from different sources on anaerobic fermentation gas production efficiency of corn stalks. [Method] With corn stalk as raw material, the effects of four kinds of sludge from different sources on the daily production and accumulated gas production of corn stalk anaerobic fermentation were studied under the same inoculum size. [Result] The accumulative gas production of sludge from four different sources was granular sludge> river bottom sludge> concentrated sludge> pressure filter cake. The average daily gas production and cumulative gas production using granular sludge as inoculum were the highest at 3.73 and 56.29 L / kgVS, respectively. [Conclusion] The results of this study provided experimental basis for making full use of straw raw materials, improving energy utilization efficiency and realizing sustainable energy development.
