患者女性,13岁。牙齿松动,脱落。家族史和既往史无特殊。全身检查:一般状况好,五官、肤色正常,睑结膜无贫血象,躯体、四肢无异常。口腔检查:全口牙齿松动,牙龈轻度发红、浮肿,牙周袋3～9mm。X线摄片见全颌齿槽骨显著吸收。经常规治疗无效,行血液、血清和血生化检查发现:①血清IgE升高;②中性多形核白细胞的超氧化物产生机能显著亢进;③中性多形核白细胞C_3bi受体数升高;④中性多形核白细胞的活性轻微降低;⑤中性多形核白细胞的趋化功能降低;⑥伴放线放线杆菌和牙龈拟杆菌的抗体滴度升高。
Patient female, 13 years old. Teeth loose, fall off. Family history and past no special history. Systemic examination: General condition is good, facial features, normal skin color, no anemia like conjunctiva, body, limbs without exception. Oral examination: full mouth loose teeth, gingival mild redness, edema, periodontal pocket 3 ~ 9mm. X-ray showed a significant absorption of the entire mandibular alveolar bone. Routine treatment is ineffective, blood, serum and blood biochemical tests found that: ① serum IgE increased; ② polymorphonuclear leukocytes of the superoxide production significantly hyperactivity; ③ neutrophilic leukocytes C_3bi receptor number increased ; ④ neutral polymorphonuclear leukocyte activity slightly reduced; ⑤ neutral polymorphonuclear leukocyte chemotactic function decreased; ⑥ Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans and Bacteroides gingivalis antibody titers increased.
