我厂有一台铣端面打中心孔的专用机床,是属于半自动加工机床,用来加工轴类零件的两端面及端面中心孔。这台机床是液压控制的。从图中所示的液压系统来看,这个系统是可行的。但是在使用中,发现在加工端面两个中心孔时,中心钻经常断裂。经研究,发现液压系统还存在着不足之处,后来我们对油路的电气控制部分进行了改进,解决了中心钻断裂的问题。这一点可能对类似液压系统有借鉴作用。从图中看出,中心钻的进给是由左、右动力头油缸控制的。在工进中,如需要快速退回,那么4CT(1CT)和3CT(2CT)必须同时失电,同时复位,这样才能保证中心钻快速退回。如果4CT(1CT)先复位,3CT(2CT)后复位,那么中心钻动作就由工进转工退再转
