区域经济的发展,是实现中国梦的物质基础;在竞争与合作基础上的区域经济发展,是中国特色发展之路的重要内容。我国经济发展的历史表明,区域要素禀赋不同,必然导致区域经济呈现不同的阶段和结构特征。让生产要素在整个国土空间内优化配置和组合,以获得最大的经济效益,是对区域经济发展的根本要求。然而资源是有限的,怎样使得有限的资源得到优化组合,以获得尽可能多的产出,正是我们不断思考和摸索实践的重要课题。那么,区域经济到底应该如何发展?现阶段区域发展的主要任务又是什么呢?
The development of regional economy is the material basis for realizing the Chinese dream. The regional economic development based on competition and cooperation is an important part of the road of development with Chinese characteristics. The history of China’s economic development shows that different regional factor endowments will inevitably lead to the different stages and structural characteristics of the regional economy. Optimizing the allocation and combination of factors of production in the entire national territory in order to obtain the maximum economic benefits is a fundamental requirement for the development of regional economy. However, resources are limited. How to optimize the combination of limited resources so as to obtain as much output as possible is an important issue that we constantly think and explore. So, how should the regional economy develop? What is the main task of regional development at this stage?
