“以人为本”是人力资源管理的宗旨,企业之间的竞争是人才的竞争,根本上在于管理水平的竞争。大部分企业经常把其当作一种空洞的口号,却未落实到行动上,因为它们未理解其真正的涵义。人本管理是符合现代市场经济规律的一种管理模式,文章主要通过“管理即是处理人的关系”这一出发点来剖析,在企业中如何做好人本管理,使管理者能够综合性、动态性的管理,形成共同为企业发展目标而奋斗的整体合力。
