5月28日上午,广东省中山市平安建设暨社会治安综合治理工作会议在市会议中心召开。会议传达了全国、全省社会治安综合治理工作会议精神,总结了去年我市平安建设和综治工作,对进一步深化平安中山建设,为北京奥运会的顺利举行创造良好的社会政治和治安环境进行了研究部署。市委书记、市人大常委会主任陈根楷出席会议并讲话。他强调指出,各级各部门要站在全局的高度,增强责任感和使命感,以新一轮思想大解放为动力,推动平安建设工作深入开展,为把中山建设成为适宜创业、适宜创新、适宜居住的全面协调可持续发展的新型城市再立新功。
