1 说明泼河水库水电站位于河南省光山县泼河镇南3km处,系淮河流域潢河支流泼陂河上泼河水库的坝后式水电站。泼河水库是一座以防洪、灌溉为主,兼顾发电、养殖等综合利用的大型水库。水库主体工程包括:主坝、溢洪道、泄洪洞、灌溉洞、水电站5部分。泼河水库控制流域面积222km~2,多年平均径流量1.35亿 m~3,总库容2.35亿 m~3,属多年调节水库。灌溉发电洞为圆形有压洞,长120m,内径3.5m,进口高程67.0m,设计引水流量40m~3/s,加大流量60m~3/s。
1 Description The Pohe Reservoir Hydropower Station is located at 3km south of Pohe Town, Guangshan County, Henan Province, and is a post-dam type hydropower station that is connected with the Pohe Reservoir on the Huanghe River in the Huaihe River basin. Pohe Reservoir is a flood control, irrigation, taking into account the comprehensive utilization of power generation, breeding and other large reservoirs. The main reservoir project includes: the main dam, spillway, spillway tunnel, irrigation holes, hydropower station 5 parts. The control basin area of Pohe Reservoir is 222km ~ 2 with average annual runoff of 135 million m ~ 3 and total storage capacity of 235 million m ~ 3, which is a reservoir for years of regulation. Irrigation power generating holes are circular pressure holes, length 120m, inner diameter 3.5m, import elevation 67.0m, designed diversion flow 40m ~ 3 / s, increased flow 60m ~ 3 / s.
