婴幼儿有机磷农药中毒比较少见,我院1975年以来共收有机磷农药中毒患者9例,其发病、临床表现及治疗均与较大儿童有所区别,现总结如下: 临床资料本组病例中,年龄2个月～12个月2例,13～24个月4例,25～36个月3例。 9例中临床症状均有多汗、呼吸困难、肺部啰音,7例瞳孔缩小,6例昏迷、口鼻有白色泡沫和流涎,2例发烧,1例抽搐。农药接触史明确者7例,不明者2例。从接触农药到
Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in infants and young children is relatively rare, our hospital since 1975 received a total of 9 cases of organophosphate pesticide poisoning, its incidence, clinical manifestations and treatment are different from the larger children, are summarized as follows: Clinical data in this group of patients , 2 months to 12 months in 2 cases, 13 to 24 months in 4 cases, 25 to 36 months in 3 cases. All 9 patients had hyperhidrosis, dyspnea, pulmonary rales, 7 cases of miosis, 6 cases of coma, white foam and salivation of the mouth and nose, 2 cases of fever and 1 case of convulsions.
