目前已开发成功的塑料金属化方法有十余种,各种方法都在实践中不断完善,分别成为新型,独立的科学技术。本文介绍阴极溅射和离子镀两种方法。一、阴极溅射阴极溅射简称溅射,其金属化的原理是在2.5~6.5Pa真空中(灌入氩气的真空容器内)放一对电极,在两电极间加上1000~20000伏高压,辉光放电,阴极金属飞溅,把待金属化的塑件放在阴极附近,塑料表面飞溅的金属,形成金属镀层。阴极溅射装置见图1。用阴极溅射工艺也可以制造透明导电薄膜。方法是聚酯薄膜上溅射一层极薄的氧化锡和氧化铟。这种物质不能用化学镀方法实现金属化。溅射透明薄膜
At present, there are more than ten kinds of plastic metallization methods that have been successfully developed. All kinds of methods are continuously improved in practice and become new and independent science and technology respectively. This article describes the two methods of sputtering and ion plating.
