目前正值辣椒成熟期,各地菜农都在抓紧时间晾晒干辣椒,但如遇连续阴雨,辣椒霉烂严重,直接影响产量和效益。成武县宝峰乡的菜农在实践中摸索出了3种迅速催干鲜辣椒的方法。既缩短了晾晒时间,避免了阴雨造成的损失,又保证了产量和效益。其具体做法如下:
At the moment when the peppers mature, local farmers are seizing the time to dry the dried peppers, but in case of continuous rain, chili mildew, a direct impact on production and efficiency. Baofeng Township, Chengwu County farmers in practice found three kinds of rapid drying of fresh peppers method.
