According to foreign literature. The abundance of nitrogen isotopes in the Earth’s atmosphere is constant within ± 0.04 ‰ of the experimental error of δ ~ (15N). The authors collected the atmosphere of 18 sampling points throughout China and performed nitrogen mass spectrometry after deoxygenation to observe whether there is any variation in isotopic abundance. 1. The sample was collected using a 250 ml tube. One end of the tube was connected to a vacuum piston, evacuated to 2 × 10 -5 torr, and the tube was heated to get rid of the adsorbed gas. After cooling, the piston was closed. Wash the mouth with a washer ball several times before sampling to remove dead air in the laboratory. Collect in duplicate.
