以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O和(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O为Fe源和Mo源,通过共沉淀法制备了系列不同焙烧温度的铁钼催化剂,并考察了催化剂对甲醇氧化制甲醛反应性能的影响。结果表明,400℃焙烧的铁钼催化剂具有最佳催化性能,其甲醇转化率为96.6%、甲醛收率为87.6%、甲醛选择性为80.7%。进一步通过BET、XRD、Raman、SEM、XPS及H

串联催化剂中锌对HZSM-5沸石催化甲醇制芳烃反应性能的影响
采用等体积超声浸渍法制备了一系列锌改性HZSM-5沸石催化剂,并采用ICP、XRD、FT-IR及NH3-TPD等表征手段对改性催化剂的物理化学性质进行了表征。通过构建串联催化剂针对性地探究了锌在甲醇制芳烃反应中的作用,尤其是对烯烃芳构化过程的影响。结果表明,锌的引入不仅提高了反应中脱氢芳构化活性,还抑制了氢转移反应,进而降低了副产物低碳烷烃的量,使BTX的选择性最高达到了50.66%。此外,实验结果也表明催化剂中锌的含量过高会减少催化剂强酸量,降低BTX的选择性。
