根据中国科协[1991]科协发组字430号文件通知要求,我会于91年年底向有关单位转发了通知,经专家评审后于92年3月正式上报中国科协四名人选。据中国科协简报(92年3月)介绍,评审办公室共收到27个省、自治区、宜辖市科协和63个全国性学会、协会、研究会共报送404位候选人材料。92年9月我会收到中国科协第三届青年科技奖复评结果的通报,我会上报的李建保和南策文两位青年同志已通过初评、复评、进入第三届青年科技奖
According to the requirement of Notice No. 430 of China Association for Science and Technology Association [1991] CAST, I will forward the notification to the relevant authorities at the end of 1991, and officially reported to the four candidates of China Association for Science and Technology in March 1992 after being reviewed by experts. According to the briefing by China Association for Science and Technology (March 1992), the assessment office received a total of 404 candidates from 27 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and 63 national societies, associations and research institutes. In September 92, I will receive notification of the result of re-evaluation of the Third Youth Science and Technology Award of China Association for Science and Technology. The two young comrades, Li Jianbao and Nan Ce-wen, to whom I will report, have passed the preliminary assessment and re-evaluation and entered the Third Youth Science and Technology Prize
