目的探索醋酸棉酚宫内给药装置在小鼠体内的药动学特征。方法将醋酸棉酚宫内给药装置放入小鼠子宫内,用HPLC测定血浆中药物浓度。结果醋酸棉酚宫内给药装置放入小鼠子宫中,体内血药浓度在48 h达到高峰(0.30μg.L-1),随后呈现恒速释放的特征。结论醋酸棉酚宫内给药装置在小鼠体内达峰时间迅速,并能长时间维持稳定的药物释放,有望用于子宫腺肌病的治疗。
Objective To explore the pharmacokinetics of intragastric administration of gossypol acetate in mice. Methods Intragastric administration of gossypol ginsenoside was put into the uterus of mice, and the concentration of drug in plasma was determined by HPLC. Results Intragastric administration of gossypol ginsenoside was placed in the uterus of mice. The plasma concentration reached a peak (0.30μg.L-1) at 48 h after the intrauterine administration. Conclusion Intragastric administration of gossypol ginsenoside can reach the peak in mice rapidly and maintain stable drug release for a long time, which is expected to be used in the treatment of adenomyosis.
