目的采用近红外光谱技术对香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量进行快速测定。方法采集样品的近红外光谱图,以HPLC测量值为参考,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的定量模型。结果定量模型的校正集内部交叉验证相关系数(R2)、校正均方差(RMSEC)、内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.994 9,0.011 1,0.020 5;验证集的预测相关系数(r2)、预测均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.988 3,0.016 7。结论此方法操作简单,测定结果准确,能快速、批量的对香砂养胃丸进行含量测定,节约了分析成本,提高了分析效率。
Objective To determine the content of honokiol and honokiol in Xiangsha Yangwei Pill (Pills) by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods The near infrared spectra of the samples were collected and the quantitative models of honokiol and honokiol were established by partial least squares (PLS) with reference to the measured values of HPLC. Results Correlation coefficient (R2), RMSEC and RMSECV of the calibration set were 0.994 9,0.011 1,0.020 5, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the validation set (r2) , The predicted mean square error (RMSEP) were 0.988 3,0.016 7 respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate determination of the results, rapid, batch of Xiangshayangwei pills content determination, saving analysis costs and improve the efficiency of the analysis.
