在社会转型期,我国经济发展下行压力明显。地质勘查涉及到能源供应、矿产资源开发、国土安全的多方面的问题,而只有建立起完善的管理制度,在保证国民经济发展需求的基础上提高地质勘查的超前性,才能够顺应社会转型时期的经济压力,推动地质勘查产业的结构转型。但是从目前我国地质勘查产业管理现状来看,其中存在的问题依然突出。本文结合社会转型期我国地质勘查管理现状以及产生问题的原因,对如何提高社会转型期我国地质勘查管理水平进行探究。
In the period of social transition, the downward pressure on China’s economic development is obvious. Geological exploration involves many aspects such as energy supply, development of mineral resources and homeland security. Only by establishing a sound management system and improving the advance of geological prospecting on the basis of ensuring the development of national economy can we follow the social transformation period Economic pressure to promote the structural transformation of geological prospecting industry. However, judging from the status quo of China’s geological prospecting industry management, the existing problems are still outstanding. Based on the current situation of geological prospecting and management and the causes of the problems during the social transitional period, this paper explores how to improve the geological prospecting and management in China during the social transitional period.
