土地规划对于政府调控土地资源配置非常重要,良好的土地规划有助于强化用地管理、促进土地资源得到合理、高效利用。虽然伴随着经济社会的发展,各县土地规划工作取得了巨大的进步,但从客观上来看,仍然存在诸多的问题。本文从十堰市竹溪县实际情况出发,首先提出了十堰市竹溪县土地规划实施过程之中存在的问题,并就如何解决这些问题提出几点建议,以期可以为保障十堰市竹溪县土地规划实施提供参考。
Land planning is very important for the government to control the allocation of land resources. Good land planning helps to strengthen land management and promote the rational and efficient use of land resources. Although along with the economic and social development, the county land planning work made great progress, but from the objective point of view, there are still many problems. Based on the actual situation of Zhuxi County in Shiyan City, this paper first put forward the problems existing in the process of land planning in Zhuxi County, Shiyan City and put forward some suggestions on how to solve these problems in the hope of protecting the land in Zhuxi County of Shiyan City Planning and implementation for reference.
