白沙黎族自治县是国定贫困县,实现“脱贫摘帽”、与全省人民一同步入小康社会是白沙20万人民的共同期盼。开展“两学一做”学习教育,对于动员全县各级党组织和广大党员干部凝心聚力、不畏艰难、奋力拼搏,加快2.3万贫困人口脱贫步伐具有特殊意义。白沙将抓住学习教育的重要契机,认真贯彻中央和省委要求,用习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神武装广大党员,真学笃行,以学促做,把学习成效转化为助推脱贫攻坚的内生动力。
