2007年,云南省公安机关共受理侵犯知识产权犯罪案件61起,比上年同期增加22起,上升56.41%;立案47起,同比增加12起,上升34.29%。其中,立假冒注册商标案12起,占立案总数的25.53%;立销售假冒注册商标的商品案22起,占46.81%;立非法制造、销售非法制造的注册商标标识案3起,占6.38%;立侵犯商业密秘案7起,占14.89%;立侵犯著作权案及其它侵犯知识产权案3起,占6.38%。破案60起(破年前积案21),比上年同期增加28起,上升87.5%。抓获犯罪嫌疑人88名,同比增加56人,上升175%。涉案金额985.95万元,同比增加526.36万元。挽回经济损失907.6万元,同比增加143.26万元。
In 2007, Yunnan’s public security organs handled 61 cases of IPR infringement, an increase of 22 from the same period of the previous year, an increase of 56.41%; 47 cases were filed, an increase of 12 cases over the same period of last year, an increase of 34.29%. A total of 60 cases (21 cases before the year of breaking) were handled, an increase of 28 over the same period of previous year, an increase of 87.5%. 88 suspects were arrested, an increase of 56, an increase of 175%. The amount involved was 9.8595 million yuan, an increase of 526.36 million yuan. Recovery of economic losses of 9.076 million yuan, an increase of 1.4326 million yuan.
