目的探讨不同辅助孵化方式对小鼠胚胎体外发育的影响。方法将冷冻复苏后的小鼠胚胎随机分为人工辅助孵化组、激光辅助孵化组、对照组,比较各组的囊胚孵出率。结果熟练操作人员人工辅助孵化组和激光组囊胚完全孵出率差异不显著,均高于对照组(P<0.05,差异显著;不同人员人工辅助孵化组差异显著(P<0.05);不同人员激光辅助孵化组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论不同形式的辅助孵化方式均能有效提高囊胚孵出率;激光与人工的辅助孵化相比较,更省时、安全,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of different helper hatching methods on in vitro development of mouse embryos. Methods Frozen and resuscitated mouse embryos were randomly divided into artificial-assisted hatching group, laser-assisted hatching group and control group, and the blastocyst hatching rate of each group was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the complete hatching rate between the artificial operator hatching group and the laser group in the skilled operator (all P <0.05), and the difference was significant (P <0.05) among different staffs. Laser-assisted hatching group had no significant difference (P> 0.05) .Conclusion Different forms of auxiliary hatching method can effectively improve the hatching rate of blastocyst; Laser compared with the artificial hatching is more time-saving, safe, and worth promoting.
