武山铜矿是一大型地下铜硫矿山。南矿带-40m以上表外矿保有储量300万t,铜金属储量3.7万t,氧化矿占有率约65%。现矿山正常生产水平已下降至-80m,亟待解决-40m以上表外矿的回收问题。矿山建有年生产能力200t萃取-电积厂与地表堆场,完成了原地浸出采矿技术试验研究。本文根据矿床地质及生产技术状况,提出了地表堆浸与原地浸出回收方案。经过对两方案的技术、经济及环保安全等因素的综合分析比较,认为原地浸出方案较地表堆浸方案优越,应用原地浸出技术回收-40m以上表外矿切实可行
Wushan Copper Mine is a large underground copper and sulfur mines. South mine with more than -40m outside the table reserves reserves of 3 million t, copper metal reserves of 37,000 t, oxide ore occupancy rate of about 65%. Now the normal level of mine production has dropped to -80m, the urgent need to solve the problem of recovery of over-the-table mines above -40m. Mine built with annual production capacity of 200t extraction - electrowinning plant and surface yard, completed in situ leaching mining technology experimental study. Based on the geological conditions of the deposit and production technology, this paper puts forward the plan of surface heap leaching and in situ leaching and recovery. After a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the technical, economic and environmental safety of the two schemes, it is considered that the in-situ leaching scheme is superior to the surface heap leaching scheme.
