The system construction and innovation of the capital market are the soul of a country’s capital market and the guarantee for the orderly and healthy development of the capital market. Establishing a mature and modern capital market is a major task before us. We should focus on solving the problems of system and mechanism and strengthen the building of a basic system of capital markets.
