硬质合金的内孔加工比较困难。尤其加工小深孔就更困难了。我厂使用的冷镦顶模(图1)内孔小而深。使用电火花穿不透,椭圆度较大。现在使用特制的磨杆和砂轮,在普通内孔磨床上就可加工。这样解决了生产中多年没有解决的问题,使报废了的顶模经加工又可使用。每年可为国家节约五~六千元。磨杆的型式如图2所示。磨杆材料为45号钢,不能淬火,否则金刚石镀层不牢。磨杆左端镀金刚石,其粒度80~100~#;浓度50~100%;镀层厚度0.3毫米。
