由于锅炉工作条件的不同,制造锅炉钢板有合金钢、低合金钢和碳素钢等不同材料。影响板材性能的因素是多方面的,例如冶炼脱氧条件、化学成分、热轧条件以及试样检验条件等。本文仅就化学成分对碳素锅炉钢(主要以20K号钢为例)中厚板性能质量的影响加以分析。我们所依据的技术标准是我国的冶标(yB)182~63,并以苏联标准ГOCT5520-50和ГOCГ5520-62为参考。由于冶炼技术条件所限,技术标准对钢中各化学元素的含量都规定着一定的范围。本文就我厂生产数据的统计分析,并综合参考了一些文献,提出了碳素锅炉钢中厚板较适宜的成分区间。并经实践证明,凡在此区间者,能够获得良好的综合性能。(一)碳锰含量的影响
Due to the different working conditions of the boiler, the boiler plate is made of different materials such as alloy steel, low alloy steel and carbon steel. Factors that affect the performance of the sheet are many, such as smelting deoxygenation conditions, chemical composition, hot rolling conditions and sample test conditions. In this paper, we only analyze the influence of chemical composition on the performance quality of the plate of carbon boiler steel (mainly 20K steel). The technical standard on which we are based is our country’s yB (182 ~ 63), and is based on the Soviet standards ГOCT5520-50 and ГOCГ5520-62. Due to the limited technical conditions of smelting, the technical standards stipulate a certain range for the content of each chemical element in steel. Based on the statistical analysis of the production data of our factory and the reference of some references, the suitable component interval of the steel plate of carbon boiler steel is put forward.
