纤维素硫酸半酯钠盐(NaCS)是一种水溶性聚电解质。它的硫酸酯基通常采用元素分析法、重量法或胶体滴定法测定硫含量求得。诚然,元素分析法和重量法往往存在燃烧不完全或操作步骤过长的缺点,产物制备过程中掺杂的亚硫酸盐和硫酸盐会影响测定结果。在胶体滴定法中,带负电性的胶体不能直接测定,必须采用反滴定法。本文采用阳离子表面活性剂选择电极作指示电极,用阳离子表面活性剂电位滴定法测定NaCS的硫酸酯基。此法操作简便、快速,硫酸盐等杂质不干扰测定,可得到满意结果。
Cellulose Sulphate Sodium Salt (NaCS) is a water-soluble polyelectrolyte. Its sulfate group is usually obtained by elemental analysis, gravimetric method or colloidal titration method for the determination of sulfur content. It is true that the elemental analysis and gravimetric methods often have the disadvantage of incomplete combustion or long operating steps. Sulfites and sulfates doped in the product preparation can affect the determination results. In the colloid titration, negative colloids can not be directly measured, you must use reverse titration. In this paper, cationic surfactant selection electrode as the indicator electrode, cation surfactant potentiometric titration of the sulfate ester group of NaCS. This method is simple, fast, sulfate and other impurities do not interfere with the determination can be satisfactory results.
