本研究采用耐汽蚀和抗泥砂磨损自熔合金专用粉末,用氧—乙炔火焰喷熔方法对水轮机过流部件进行了修复或预保护。根据工件结构特点,采用了对称喷熔法、预热缓冷法、控制不同部仕冷却速度和分段喷熔法等工艺措施,成功地控制了涂层质量。经六个水电站十台机组三年多时间的试验,寿命提高了3~5倍以上,直接经济效益达100万元以上,问接经济效益巨大。
In this study, the corrosion-resistant and anti-sanding abrasion-resistant self-fluxing alloy powder was used to repair or pre-protect the overcurrent components of the turbine with oxy-acetylene flame spraying method. According to the characteristics of the workpiece structure, the symmetrical spray melting method, preheating slow cooling method, control cooling rate of different ministries and sectional spray melting method were adopted to control the coating quality successfully. After six hydropower station ten units for more than three years of trial, life expectancy increased by 3 to 5 times, the direct economic benefits of more than 1 million yuan, then access huge economic benefits.
