[目的]了解托幼机构消毒工作质量,确保幼儿卫生安全。[方法]对2006~2007年盘锦市双台子区所辖52家托幼机构的卫生检测资料进行分析。[结果]2006~2007年合计检测样品1176份,合格694份,合格率59.01%。其中,2006年合格率为58.82%,2007年合格率59.19%。不同年份间合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各检测项目中,室内空气消毒合格率最低,为49.68%;教师手消毒合格率最高,为75.89%。不同项目样品间合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]双台子区托幼机构各项卫生指标合格率均较低,应引起重视。
[Objective] To understand the quality of disinfection work in nursery schools and to ensure the hygiene and safety of children. [Method] The health inspection data of 52 kindergartens under the jurisdiction of Shuangtaizi District in Panjin from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed. [Results] From 2006 to 2007, a total of 1176 samples were tested, 694 were passed, with a pass rate of 59.01%. Among them, the passing rate in 2006 was 58.82%, passing rate in 2007 was 59.19%. There was no significant difference in passing rate between different years (P> 0.05). Among the testing items, the qualified rate of indoor air disinfection was the lowest, which was 49.68%. The highest pass rate of teacher’s hand disinfection was 75.89%. There was a significant difference in the passing rate of samples between different projects (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The qualified rates of various health indicators in kindergartens and nurseries in Shuangtaizi district are low, which should be paid more attention.
