沼气微生物的生命活动需要充足的营养和能源。有机物质是沼气微生物的主要营养及能源的供应者。据调查,农村沼气池发酵液干物质含量多在5％以下;同时发酵原料多以纤维素为主的作物秸秆,其分解速度比较缓慢,可供沼气微生物利用的各种营养物质含量低。由此初步认为,沼气池中发酵原料过少或长期不添加新料,从而使沼气微生物对营养物质的持续要求得不到满足,可能是农村沼气池产气率不高的主要原因之一。
Biogas microbial life activities require adequate nutrition and energy. Organic matter is the primary source of nutrients and energy for biogas microbes. According to the survey, the dry matter content of biogas digesters in rural areas is mostly below 5%. At the same time, more cellulose-based crop stalks are more slowly decomposed and have lower content of various nutrients for biogas microbial utilization. Therefore, it is preliminarily thought that the fermentation raw materials in the digester is too little or no new material is added in the long term, so that the continuous requirement of nutrients by the biogas microorganisms can not be satisfied, which may be one of the main reasons for the low gas production rate in rural biogas digesters.
