1.乐观态度乐观的态度可以使人以更积极的态度来面对问题、应对压力。其实,乐观的态度并不完全是天生的,通过后天的培养也可以学会形成并维持一种乐观的态度。前美国心理学会主席Seligman研究发现,乐观也是可以通过学习而获得的。Seligman和他的同事们挑选了一些被公认为最悲观的大学生来进行实验。被试被随机分成两组,一组参与乐观训练课程,在训练中让他们讨论他们的消极想法,并教给他们一些实用的社交和事业
