上市公司总经理薪酬近一段时期经历了一个高速、持续的增长,对其原因的经济学解释可分为三类:薪酬增长源于商业环境趋于不确定,薪酬增长源于管理者权力的增加,薪酬增长源于总经理职位性质的改变。总经理薪酬增长往往是由上述三方面因素共同决定的,因此应以辩证的态度看待薪酬增长现象。
The general managers ’remuneration of listed companies has experienced a high-speed and sustained growth in recent period. The economic explanation of its causes can be divided into three categories: the increase of remuneration stems from the uncertainty of business environment and the increase of remuneration from the increase of managers’ power The increase in salary stems from the change in the nature of the general manager’s position. General manager salary growth is often determined by the above three factors, and therefore should be a dialectical approach to pay growth.
