应用 P C R 和 E L I S A 技术对32 例急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜( I T P) 患儿的外周血进行了人细小病毒 B19( H P V B19) 、 E B 病毒( E B V) 、巨细胞病毒( C M V) 及乙型肝炎病毒( H B V) 系列检测。结果:病例组 H P V B19 D N A 阳性8 例(25 .0 % ) ,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异( P< 0 .05) 。 E B V D N A 阳性2 例, C M V D N A 阳性3 例, H Bs Ag 和 H Be Ag 同时阳性2 例,4种病毒的总阳性率为46 .9 % (15/32 例) 。提示:近半数儿童 I T P 病例的发生可能与上述病毒感染有关,而 H P V B19 较其他病毒与 I T P 的关系更为密切。
Peripheral blood samples from 32 children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) were tested for the presence of human parvovirus B19 (H P V B19) and E B virus (E E) using the P C R and E L I S A techniques B V), cytomegalovirus (C M V) and hepatitis B virus (H B V) series of tests. Results: There were 8 cases (25.0%) positive for H P V B19D N A in the case group, which were significantly different from the normal control group (P0.05). 2 cases were positive for E B V D N A, 3 cases were positive for C M V D N A, 2 cases were positive for H Bs Ag and H Be Ag, and the total positive rate of 4 kinds of viruses was 46%. 9% (15/32 cases). Hint: Nearly half of children with ITP cases may be related to the above virus infection, and HpVB19 more closely related to other viruses and ITP.
