降低铁水含硅量是高炉节焦增铁的重要措施,同时也对炼钢生产指标的改善起着重要的作用。我厂铁水降硅工作,实际上从1985年就开始了,但这几年进步不大,生铁含硅量常维持在0.96—0.77%间,尚存在较大潜力。1987年由于复合吹炼攻关正式列为国家“七五”科研攻关项目,这对降低铁水含硅的要求就显得更为迫切。为此,我厂于1987年7月成立了铁水降硅攻关组,通过几个月的实践,铁水硅含量显著下降,2~#高炉8月份铁水含硅降到0.53%,并创造了连续三个月饮水含硅达到0.553%的较好水平。详见表1。
Reducing the silicon content in molten iron is an important measure for increasing the iron content in the blast furnace section and also plays an important role in the improvement of steelmaking production targets. In fact, it started from 1985, but little progress has been made in recent years. The amount of silicon in pig iron often remains at 0.96-0.77%, and there is still great potential. In 1987, due to the compound blowing exercises officially listed as the national “Seventh Five-Year” research projects, which reduce the silicon content of hot metal is even more urgent requirements. To this end, I plant in July 1987 set up a molten iron to reduce silicon research group, through a few months of practice, a significant reduction in the molten iron silicon content, 2 ~ # blast furnace in August reduced to 0.53% silicon, and created three consecutive Month drinking water containing silicon to 0.553% of the better level.
