目的:以小鼠空肠缺血再灌注损伤后再生过程为靶标探讨大黄素对中心淋巴管再生的影响。方法:以免疫组化法观察大黄素对中心淋巴管损伤后的形态变化的影响,以及淋巴管内皮细胞再生因子(VEGF)和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)的表达。结果:大黄素(50mg/kg~150 mg/kg)明显增加损伤组织中MIF的表达,促进VEGF的释放。结论:大黄素通过提高损伤组织中巨噬细胞数量促进淋巴管的再生。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of emodin on the central lymphatic vessel regeneration in the process of mouse jejunal ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the effect of emodin on morphological changes of central lymphatic vessels and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in lymphatic vessels. Results: Emodin (50mg / kg ~ 150 mg / kg) significantly increased the expression of MIF in injured tissues and promoted the release of VEGF. Conclusion: Emodin can promote the regeneration of lymphatic vessels by increasing the number of macrophages in injured tissue.
