农民工的城市社会融入问题已经引起政府和学术界的重视。通过经济层面、社会层面、文化层面和心理层面的实证分析,结果表明:农民工在经济上融入城市社会的程度较高,社会层面的融入程度有待提高,文化融入处于“半融入”的状态,而心理融入则处于十分尴尬的境地。农民工城市社会的融合问题关系到我国城镇化的进程以及社会的长治久安和稳定发展,全面的了解农民工城市融入的整体状况,有利于全面的了解农民工城市生活的现状和问题,对相关政策的制定有着重要的指导作用。
The urban social integration of migrant workers has drawn the attention of the government and academia. The results of economic analysis, social analysis, cultural analysis and psychological analysis show that migrant workers have a higher degree of economic integration into urban society and higher levels of social integration, while cultural integration into the “semi-integrated” State, while the psychological integration is in a very awkward position.
