在经济全球化和高等教育国际化背景下,我国经济社会发展对国际化人才培养的需求日益迫切。本文在述评美国普渡大学工程师联合培养的理念与目标、外语课程设计、课程教学、交流实践与教学评估等的基础上,结合我国工程人才外语能力培养现状及趋势,提出了国际工程师外语能力培养模式。这一培养模式主要包括建立多方合作平台和构建基于“全球化素养”的外语课程三维模型,旨在培养具有外语应用能力、工程技术素养和跨文化交际能力的国际工程人才。
Under the background of economic globalization and the internationalization of higher education, the demand for the cultivation of international talents in our country’s economic and social development is increasingly urgent. On the basis of reviewing the concepts and objectives of joint training of engineers at Purdue University, the design of foreign language courses, the teaching of courses, the exchange of practice and teaching evaluation, combined with the status quo and trends of the training of foreign language engineers in engineering in our country, mode. This mode of cultivation mainly includes the establishment of a multi-party cooperation platform and the establishment of a three-dimensional model of a foreign language course based on “Globalization Literacy” to cultivate international engineering talents with foreign language application ability, engineering accomplishment and intercultural communication skills.
