主任、副主任、秘书长、各位委员:省人大常委会本次会议对《浙江省华侨捐赠条例(修订草案)》、关于修改《浙江省村镇规划建设管理条例》等八个决定草案以及杭州市人大常委会报批的《杭州市全民健身条例》、关于废止、修改《杭州市私人诊所管理条例》等七个决定,宁波市人大常委会报批的关于修改《宁波市限制养犬规定》等六个决定,进行了分组审议。委员们认为,华侨捐赠条例修订草案和省的八个修改决定草案经过多次征求意见和修改,内容比较成熟,杭州、宁波两市报批的十四个法规和决定内容也符合法律、法规规定,建议本次会议分别予以
