双股脱氧核糖核酸(dsDNA)抗体对全身性红斑狼疮(SLE)有很高的特异性,其变动常与病情相关,但阳性率低,对伴有肾病的病例也往往呈阴性。而单股脱氧核糖核酸(ssDNA)抗体,不仅对SLE通常呈现阳性,而且对其它疾患也常出现阳性,以致往往忽略它对诊断SLE的临床意义。著者用Sasaki等被动血凝(PHA)法及被动溶血(PHL)法测定了DNA抗体,发现溶血性(补体结合性)ssDNA抗体不仅对伴有肾病及中枢神经症状的病例有特异性,而且检出率高,对预后的观测及临床都有实用价值。方法①病例:把具备美国风湿学会基本标准的107例SLE按临床表现分为肾病型(4例)、中枢神经系统(CNS)型(14例)、皮肤型(56例)。取患者发病时的灭活血清,经绵羊红细胞(SRBC)吸附后备用。②DNA抗体测定:把仔牛胸腺DNA(500μg/ml)经超声波及加热变性处理后作为ssDNA,把经
