一、党校图书馆面临的新格局近年来,各级党校已转入了短期培训干部的轨道。一些新问题摆到图书馆服务工作的日程上来,应该引起重视:第一、读者群体结构发生了变化。随着正规化阶段的多种班次并存的格局向以短期培训、轮训班次为主转变,读者群体结构也随之由原来的“多而杂”转向了目前的“单而专”。这个变化是党校图书馆建设及服务工作的改进所不可忽视的。
