现如今,随着社会的发展,图书馆对于学校来说越来越必不可少了。因此,图书馆在学校教育中具有重要的功能,对于学校的基础建设和高校的教学与科研工作具有提供资料的特殊功能。随着信息技术等迅速发展,各种先进信息技术和媒介不断的出现,为高校图书馆的发展带来了一个改革创新的阶段,同时,也为高校图书馆带来了挑战。如何采用先进的措施来改变传统的图书馆读者管理模式,创新的新技术使得图书馆读者服务工作者要不断的加强自己的学习,这为读者服务工作人员的素质的提高起到一定的作用。本文将通过读者服务工作在高校图书馆的创新出发来进行研究。
Nowadays, with the development of the society, the library is more and more indispensable to the school.
