节约能源在当前“四化”建设中已经成为一个突出的问题,引起了各方面的重视。机械工业中能源消耗最大的是重型机器厂,每个重机厂每年消耗能源均在100,000T标准煤以上,节能的潜力很大。近年来,在国务院和部、局的领导下,各厂经过努力,已取得不少成绩,节能工作正在步步深入。按照重型机器厂的生产特点,如何收到较大的节能效果,现就本人工作接触所及谈几点意见。
Energy conservation has become a prominent issue in the current “four modernizations” construction, which has attracted attention in various fields. The largest energy consumption in the machinery industry is the heavy machinery plant. Each heavy plant consumes more than 100,000 tons of standard coal annually, which has great potential for energy conservation. In recent years, under the leadership of the State Council and the ministries and bureaus, various factories have made great achievements and efforts have been made in energy conservation. According to the production characteristics of heavy machinery factories, how to receive greater energy-saving effects, I now have a few opinions on my work contact.
