为了在国内现有机床上实现非渐开线变厚齿轮的加工,必须对该种齿轮的齿形误差与齿向误差进行分析,但目前这方面的研究国内外尚未见任何报导.基于空间啮合理论,首次对该种新型非渐开线变厚齿轮传动的齿形误差与齿向误差计算方法进行了研究,并对影响误差的主要因素进行了分析.并给出了实例和计算结果.计算表明,齿形误差对于齿向误差较小,齿向误差类似于内凹的双曲线,这为今后加工该种变厚齿轮指明了方向.
