传统教育教师高高在上,学生总是被动的接受。陶行知先生提出创造的前提是要解放人,我们不妨尝试换位教学,学生换位为教师,教师换位为学生,解放学生的头脑、解放学生的嘴巴、眼睛、双手和空间。这样,在新课中激发学生兴趣,挖掘学生潜力;在例题评讲中,发现学生思路上的问题,教学相长,在课后让学生出试卷,帮助学生查漏补缺。实践证明“换位教学法”对解放学生头脑,加强自主学习能力,优化师生关系等方面效果较为显著。
Traditional education teachers are above and above, and students are always passively accepted. The prerequisite for Mr. Tao Xingzhi’s creation is to liberate people. We may try to transpose the teaching. The students will be changed to teachers, teachers will be changed to students, the minds of students will be liberated, and students’ mouths, eyes, hands and space will be liberated. In this way, in the new lesson, students’ interest is stimulated and the potential of students is tapped. In the case of the commentary, students are found to have problems in thinking and teaching. Students are asked to give exam papers after class and help students to fill in the gaps. Practice has proved that the “replacement teaching method” is more effective in liberating students’ minds, strengthening self-learning ability, and optimizing teacher-student relations.
