音乐课教师代上语文课让人纠结,但其背后所折射出的教师安排使用和教师培养等深层次问题更值得思考。近日有媒体报道,陕西榆林市实验小学一(5)班的家长们称,教了十多年音乐的一位老师,现在却给孩子们上起了语文课。家长们因为担心孩子成绩受到影响,要求学校更换该班级语文老师,并多次与校领导交涉。在笔者看来,这样的事例并非个案,家长的担心也不无道理。音乐课教师代上语文课让人纠结,但其背后所折射出的教师安排使用和教师培养等深层次问题更值得思考。
Teachers of music lessons on behalf of the Chinese language people tangled, but behind the reflection of teachers to use and teacher training and other deep-seated problems more worth considering. Recently, media reports said parents of one (5) primary school in Yulin Experimental Primary School in Shaanxi Province said that a teacher who taught music for more than ten years now gives the children a language lesson. Parents worried about their child’s grades were affected, requiring schools to change the language teacher in the class, and repeatedly with the school leadership negotiations. In my opinion, such a case is not a case, parents are not without reason. Teachers of music lessons on behalf of the Chinese language people tangled, but behind the reflection of teachers to use and teacher training and other deep-seated problems more worth considering.
