According to the information provided by the Bank of China’s credit department on July 6, 1999, the annual interest rate of the US dollar loan floating in the recent 6 months is 7.3125% per annum for 1-3 years (including 3 years); for 3 to 5 years 5 years) 7. 4375%; 5 years and above 7.5625%.
