我厂的主要产品为电站锅炉和容器,绝大部分部件均经焊接构成。为了确保产品质量,除对原材料进行检验,并采用合理的工艺外,还必须对焊接部件进行焊缝的质量检查。通常我们用X光探伤、超声波探伤、机械性能和断口检验以及金相检验来检查各类焊缝的质量。在金相检验方面,对壁厚≤6毫米的焊接件进行微观检验,而壁厚>6毫米的焊接件进行宏观检验。下面仅介绍焊缝的宏观检验。
The main products of our factory are power station boilers and containers, and most of the components are made by welding. In order to ensure product quality, in addition to the inspection of raw materials, and the use of a reasonable process, but also on the welded parts of the weld quality inspection.
